A two-year young professionals’ program for recent university graduates employed at Orange County (OC) companies. The program consists of * Quarterly learning events focused on professional development and business leadership * Quarterly social events to network and have fun * Community engagement with high school and university students across OC * Platform to create connections across industries and be part of a group of diverse rising professionals in OC

Career Exploration Experiences
Developing local talent begins with opportunities for early career exploration and social capital development to build pathways for higher paying careers. This initiative allows high school, community college, and university students to gain on-the-job experience with OC companies, ultimately enabling them to contribute to the OC workforce long-term.
