Mission Statement

College Access Partnership, a 501(c)(3) corporation, is dedicated to providing necessary educational services to low-income students who would benefit from college counseling, mentoring, test prep, tutoring, and scholarships. We serve students throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Background Statement

College Access Partnership, Inc. was founded in 2017 by three long-time educators who recognized that low-income students, who are often the first in their family to attend college, do not have equal access to knowledge about how to navigate the daunting college admissions process and obtain funding for that education.

Impact Statement

We have been gratified by the success our students have experienced once they were provided with the resources needed to reach their goal of receiving a post-secondary education. Not only have all of our students enrolled in college (both four-year institutions and community colleges), but they are experiencing success once enrolled.

Needs Statement

College Access Partnership, Inc. depends on the generosity of our individual donors and foundations to support our operating budget. Our budget is approximately $400,000 per year and with our ever-growing needs, this support is critical to our work.

Statement from the CEO/Executive Director

As CEO and Board Chair of College Access Partnership, Inc., it is clear to me that the services we provide to low-income high school students who are oftentimes in underserved schools is critical to their success. Going to college is a way for these young adults to break the cycle of poverty they have lived in for all of their lives. It is a way for them to succeed in the career of their choice and to pay it forward by helping other students when they are able. What we do at College Access Partnership is a hopeful endeavor and we are grateful to everyone who joins with us with their support.
