PROGRAMS
1 - Online Mental Health Platform
Our digital platform features video stories of recovery from young people who have faced various mental health challenges, offering hope and encouragement. It also provides informational videos—because knowledge is power—along with self-care strategies, coping skills, and expert-led discussions with mental health professionals and youth board members. The platform serves as a hub for resources, fostering education, awareness, and connection.
Reaching youth who suffer from these issues. This will help teens and young adults understand their issues of that mental health category. They will learn that they are not alone and what to do about it, or how to help their friends, and where to go for support and solutions. The outcomes will include saving lives, promoting emotional well-being and understanding, while reducing stigma, and negative outcomes. This will positively effect the individuals, their friends, family, and community.
2 - Youth Advisory Board
Comprised of teens from across the country, our Youth Advisory Board plays a vital role in shaping our organization. These young leaders: • Provide input and guidance to ensure our initiatives resonate with youth. • Deliver community presentations to educate peers, spark conversations, and reduce stigma. • Develop leadership skills and create impactful content to support mental health awareness.
This program reduces stigma, it educate more teens and families, it provide leadership skills for our youth board members and also improves mental health outcomes.
`3 - Healthy Coping Skills Toolboxes
We offer four specialized toolboxes designed to help students understand and manage mental health challenges: • Depression Toolbox • Anxiety Toolbox • Grounding Toolbox (for those with ADHD) • Distraction Toolbox
This would provide outreach and toolboxes for 8 high schools. The toolboxes reduces stigma, educate, and give teens coping skills and resources.
