CEO/Executive Director Experience

Bryce Hansen has been leading and operating within the music education space since 2019, when he stepped into a management role at Danman’s Music School in Dana Point. Since then, he has overseen significant growth across both operations and enrollment. Under his leadership, the school experienced a 40 percent increase in monthly revenue and a 90 percent increase in student attendance. Through hands-on management, scheduling optimization, and a strong focus on customer experience, he helped transform the school into a more efficient and community-driven program. In 2022, Bryce founded Arts For All, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on providing access to one on one music education for underserved youth. Since launching, he has built the organization from the ground up. This includes forming partnerships with local music schools, recruiting and coordinating instructors, developing the scholarship model, organizing community performances, and leading all fundraising and outreach efforts. Under his leadership, Arts For All has grown from serving one student to 65 students annually, while delivering over 1,700 one on one lessons. The organization has also mobilized 1,690 volunteer hours in a single year, demonstrating strong community engagement and operational capacity. Bryce continues to lead all strategic planning, partnerships, and program development, with a focus on scaling access to 100 students annually while maintaining high quality instruction and measurable impact.
