CEO/Executive Director Experience
Debora is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Arts & Learning Conservatory, which continues to deliver inspiring and accessible performing arts opportunities to youth that develop confidence and creativity...for life for over 14 years. Under Debora’s leadership, the Conservatory’s reach has grown from 21students to over 1,600, and its audiences now extend to 10,000 annually. Debora was recognized at the Segerstrom Performing Arts Center, by Arts Orange County, and was given the “Outstanding Arts Organization” Award for the Arts & Learning Conservatory’s effectiveness in bringing quality arts education programs to schools where programs were cut. Over that past few years she has received numerous other awards for her work in advocating the arts for our youth. Debora’s background includes: accomplished Master teacher for Irvine and Newport Mesa school districts, Adjunct Professor of music at Vanguard University, Arts Consultant to many school districts, Director of Music at the Waldorf School of Orange County, where her string orchestras have received Unanimous Superior ratings. And most recently, Debora was an invited to be a panelist to the California Arts Council in Sacramento. Debora always counts it a high privilege to serve children, their families, and our community with high-quality arts programs.
