Everett L. Glenn, Esq.
CEO/Executive Director Experience
As Founder and Executive Director of BOSS (Business of Student Success), Everett Glenn has built a systems-driven workforce development organization serving under-resourced boys across Los Angeles County. What began as a proof-of-concept youth initiative has evolved into a university-anchored, year-round model integrating academic coaching, leadership development, STEM exposure, financial literacy, mentorship, and AI-enhanced learning supports. Under his leadership, BOSS scholars consistently outperform district peers, demonstrating that intentional infrastructure changes outcomes. Glenn’s executive leadership draws from a distinguished career spanning private law, government, and professional sports. He practiced corporate and real estate law at prominent firms including Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe and Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Arnoff, and later served as Deputy City Attorney for Long Beach, where he authored the Port’s Small Business Enterprise program generating over $200 million in contracting opportunities. He also negotiated landmark contracts for first-round draft picks and Hall of Fame athletes. Across sectors, his leadership has focused on building systems that expand access and produce measurable performance outcomes.
