Caecilia Gotama, PE, LEED AP, FASME Caecilia Gotama holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. Her dedication to sustainability also earned her LEED accreditation in Building Design and Construction. A licensed mechanical engineer and a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), she has served on ASME’s Board of Governors. Her professional excellence and community leadership were recognized with the “Vision and Visionary” award from California State University, Fullerton—an honor that reflects both her accomplishments as a business owner and her commitment to giving back. Driven by a deep belief that engineering should be more inclusive—both in who enters the field and in how solutions are designed—Caecilia founded BRDG – Bridge to Connect (bridge-to-connect.org), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting first-generation STEM college students. BRDG provides a robust bridge program focused on personal and professional development, powered by a network of committed and qualified volunteers.
