Mr. Glenn Gray

CEO/Executive Director Experience

Glenn Gray has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined CalWest Bank as President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2012. In his current position as CEO, Mr. Gray manages all aspects of the Bank and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. CalWest Bank provides banking services to small to middle-market businesses throughout Southern California Prior to his current position, Mr. Gray spent six years with Sunwest Bank, an Orange County based bank, as its CEO. During his tenure there, Sunwest Bank doubled in size and acquired three failed banks through the FDIC negative bid process. Prior to that he was ten years with Scottsdale-based Finova Group, a $12 billion asset commercial finance company, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Mr. Gray held leadership positions with Wells Fargo Bank in its Retail, Corporate Banking and Investment Services divisions.
