Global Creation Foundation
OUR STORY
Global Creation Foundation began in 2024 after founder Seth Kaser visited a refugee camp in Uganda and met students who had experienced deep trauma but had a powerful hunger to learn music. With no access to instruments or teachers, their need for music education was obvious.
That same year, GCF launched our first Trauma-Informed Music Education (TIME) program in Uganda.
Since then, the work has expanded to six countries, using donated instruments and simple video lessons to train teachers and bring healing, growth, and creative expression to kids in underserved communities around the world.
Mission Statement
“Music Changes Lives.”
We believe that every child deserves to use music as a tool for healing, growth, and creative expression. So we bring Trauma-Informed Music Education (TIME) all around the world.
Background Statement
Global Creation Foundation began in 2024 after founder Seth Kaser visited a refugee camp in Uganda and met students who had experienced deep trauma but had a powerful hunger to learn music. With no access to instruments or teachers, their need for music education was obvious.

Impact Statement
Global Creation Foundation exists to bring arts education to underserved communities around the world, not only as a form of creative expression, but as a powerful tool for healing, development, and lasting transformation.
Our work is rooted in research showing that creative learning—especially through music and the arts—improves cognitive abilities, strengthens brain development, enhances language acquisition, and builds emotional resilience. These benefits are especially vital for children who have experienced trauma, displacement, abuse, or violence. For students rescued from sex trafficking, living in refugee camps, or growing up in orphanages, access to the arts can be life-changing.
In our first program in Uganda, 80 students learned to play the ukulele using just 10 donated instruments and a beginner video series. Their performance during UNICEF World Children’s Day gained national attention and showed how creativity can spark confidence, connection, and joy in the face of hardship.
By Fall 2025, GCF will expand into Peru, Romania, Nepal, and Kenya. We partner with local schools, churches, and orphanages to provide instruments, video-based instruction, and sustainable support. Every program includes:
- Donated creative tools from partners like Taylor Guitars, Kyser Capos, and SAGA Music
- A Fully trained TIME teachers. Via zoom, our TIME training manual, and ongoing support.
GCF is committed to bringing music therapy and music education because we believe music should be used as a tool for healing, growth, and creative expressions. We believe that music changes lives. If you believe that too, get involved. We need your help and support to change lives around the globe!
Needs Statement
In many parts of the world, children grow up without access to basic music education. In refugee camps, orphanages, rural villages, and underfunded schools, instruments are scarce, creative instruction is nonexistent, and opportunities for self-expression are few. This lack of access is not just an educational gap—it’s a missed opportunity for healing, confidence-building, and cognitive development.
Research shows that music and the arts play a vital role in childhood development. They enhance brain function, language skills, emotional regulation, and social connection. These benefits are even more critical for children who have experienced trauma, including displacement, abuse, and exploitation. For these children, creativity is more than a classroom activity it is life changing.
Yet, despite the clear evidence, music programs are often the first to be cut or entirely overlooked in regions facing poverty and crisis. This is where Global Creation Foundation steps in. Because there is a need. Because music changes lives.
Geographic Areas Served
UGANDA
Our pilot ukulele program launched in Uganda back in 2024 with just 10 instruments and a iphone filmed video-based curriculum.
Now, over 200+ children are learning music for the first time in two different region.
More than 10+ teachers in those regions have been raised up and trained.
Our students performed at UNICEF World Children's Day in 2024 and were featured on national Ugandan television.
Our goal for this program is to continue with a structured, sustainable, and growing program that will expand through the whole country of Uganda!
PERU
“The Voice Of My Heart”
A program launched in partnership with Likewise Go and Kids Alive International to serve children rescued our of sex-trafficking and abusive homes in two regions of Peru.
After a seven month run of this program, we have seen so many of these children begin to heal and find self worth as they sing and write songs about their identities in Jesus!
This partnership is rapidly expanding and we are in talks about working in many other countries together serving children in similar circumstances.
NEPAL
Our TIME program in Nepal is serving orphans in both boys and girls homes. Music education is very hard to come by in Nepal, but these children have been thriving as they learn to play both guitar and ukulele!
Our hope for this program is to translate out TIME training manual into Nepali and take this kind of music education to remote villages in the Northern regions!
ROMANIA
An upcoming program in 2026 launched in partnership with Firm Foundations Romania at their Agape Center; a school serving over 200+ Roma Gypsy children in the heart of Romania, many of whom have been orphaned and otherwise would never have access to education whatsoever.
We are working to translate our TIME training manual into Romanian so that local teachers can begin a GCF program at this school.
UNITED STATES
In the US, GCF is partnering with Royal Family Kids Camp to serve children in the foster care system.
The goal is to create space for creativity, trauma healing, and joy through hands-on music experiences at their annual foster camps.
We launched a pilot program with RFKC in 2024 for a camp in California. After that successful pilot, we are in talks about slowly expanding into their network of over 200+ annual foster camps!
