Spending Policy: Neuro Art International Foundation is committed to responsible and transparent stewardship of all funds received. Donations, grants, and other revenues are used exclusively to support the organization’s charitable and educational mission in accordance with its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Funds may be used for educational programs, exhibitions, community outreach, research initiatives, art materials, equipment, technology, facility rental, administrative operations, professional services, and other reasonable expenses that directly support the Foundation’s mission. All expenditures are reviewed and approved in accordance with the Foundation’s financial policies and governance procedures. The organization maintains accurate financial records and complies with all applicable federal and California reporting requirements. No part of the Foundation’s net earnings benefits any private individual. Any compensation paid to employees or contractors is reasonable, approved through appropriate governance procedures, and consistent with applicable laws and IRS regulations.
