RISE Program

RiseHyre’s RISE Program provides individualized career development support to Aspiring Professionals seeking employment or career advancement. The program is designed to reduce barriers to employment through personalized coaching, case management, and skill development that meets participants where they are in their career journey. Participants receive one-on-one support in goal setting, career planning, resume development, interview preparation, job search strategies, and workplace communication. Career coaching focuses on building confidence, accountability, and readiness for employment, while staff also support participants in navigating barriers that may impact their ability to secure or maintain work. The program emphasizes relationship-based support, ensuring participants have ongoing guidance and encouragement throughout their progress. By addressing both professional skills and life stability, the program helps Aspiring Professionals build confidence, clarify career pathways, and prepare for employment opportunities or advancement into RiseHyre’s paid apprenticeship program.

HyreReady Professional Skills Apprenticeship

RiseHyre's Professional Skills Apprenticeship provides Aspiring Professionals with paid, hands-on learning, real-world work experience, and direct connections to employment opportunities. Participants earn wages while developing professional skills through structured training and supervised work-based learning experiences. The 12-week apprenticeship combines classroom instruction with experiential learning in areas such as customer service, office administration, hospitality, and event management. Apprentices gain transferable skills including communication, teamwork, problem solving, professionalism, and workplace technology. RiseHyre partners with local employers to create employment pathways, ensuring apprentices graduate with practical experience and industry connections that lead to job placement opportunities.
