RiseHyre’s RISE Program provides individualized career development support to Aspiring Professionals seeking employment or career advancement. Participants receive one-on-one support in goal setting, career planning, resume development, interview preparation, job search strategies, and workplace communication. HyreReady Professional Skills Apprenticeship

RiseHyre's Professional Skills Apprenticeship provides Aspiring Professionals with paid, hands-on learning, real-world work experience, and direct connections to employment opportunities. Participants earn wages while developing professional skills through structured training and supervised work-based learning experiences. The 12-week apprenticeship combines classroom instruction with experiential learning in areas such as customer service, office administration, hospitality, and event management. Apprentices gain transferable skills including communication, teamwork, problem solving, professionalism, and workplace technology. RiseHyre partners with local employers to create employment pathways, ensuring apprentices graduate with practical experience and industry connections that lead to job placement opportunities.
