Natalie Moser serves as Executive Director of Robyne’s Nest, bringing a combination of executive leadership, public service, operational strategy, and community-based problem solving to the organization. Her professional background includes leadership in financial services, project and change management, organizational operations, and stakeholder engagement, along with experience as an entrepreneur and creative business owner. She previously led teams in consumer lending, operations, and organizational performance within a major California credit union, giving her broad experience in people leadership, systems improvement, and accountability across complex environments. She also served a four-year term as an elected Huntington Beach City Council Member, where she led complex community initiatives involving homelessness response, systems coordination, public policy, and partnerships across government, nonprofit, and community sectors. Natalie’s work has consistently focused on building systems that remove barriers, strengthen accountability, and improve outcomes for people and communities. At Robyne’s Nest, she is guiding the organization through its next chapter by strengthening operational infrastructure, expanding partnerships, improving impact measurement, and supporting long-term sustainability while preserving the deeply relational mission at the center of the work. She holds an MBA from Chapman University and is certified in change management through Prosci. Her leadership reflects both strategic discipline and a strong commitment to helping young people move toward stability, opportunity, and self-sufficiency.
