Ms. Audrey Salzburg

CEO/Executive Director Experience

Audrey has a diverse background in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a career spanning creative industry leadership, nonprofit innovation, and team development in service of expanding access and opportunity through the arts. She previously served as Co-Creative Director of Young & Rubicam (Y&R) International in Brussels, leading campaigns for clients such as Xerox, Pepsi, and City National Bank across 14 countries in Western Europe. After returning to the U.S., she became a management consultant and certified executive coach, advising Fortune 500 leaders on building high-performing teams. For over a decade, Audrey led corporate, foundation, and individual partnerships at the national healing arts nonprofit A Window Between Worlds, ultimately serving as Chief Executive Officer. She later became Director of Development and Communications for artworxLA, a nonprofit dedicated to arts education and youth engagement. Audrey Salzburg joined Ryman Arts in May 2024 and was selected as Executive Director following a national search led by the Ryman Arts Board and Envision Consulting. She now guides the organization’s strategic direction, championing equity, access, and partnerships that bridge arts education and creative workforce opportunity.
