We have outlined the following success criteria and measurable outcomes.
Short-term Success Criteria:
1. Book Distribution: Distribute 15,000 new books to hospitalized children, foster care homes, and other communities by the end of 2024.
2. Community Participation: Engage 50 new individuals or families in book donation drives within the next 6 months.
3. Partnerships: Establish partnerships with two additional county hospitals and three more foster care homes to extend our reach.
Long-term Success Criteria:
1. Literacy Rate Improvement: Over the next three years, contribute to improving literacy rates in our communities, as measured by local education authorities.
2. Continued Community Involvement: Increase community participation in our initiatives by 25% annually for the next three years.
3. Sustained Partnership: Maintain enduring partnerships with hospitals, foster care homes, and other community organizations, with a minimum of one joint activity per quarter.
Measurable Outcomes:
1. Book Distribution: Track the number of books distributed to children in need. This encourages literacy, brings joy, and reduces stress as per research findings.
2. Donation Drives: Measure the success and growth of donation drives by tracking the number of books donated and the number of donors participating.
