Education Initiative

The Education Initiative is home of four programs: 1. Garnet After School Program (After school homework help and character building for Maple elementary students) 2. Maple After School Program (After school homework help and character building for Garnet elementary students) 3. Garnet Teen Center (daily youth program for Jr High and High School students in the Garnet neighborhood) 4. Maple Teen Center (daily youth program for Jr High and High School students in the Maple neighborhood)

2. Elementary students are equipped to reach the "standard met" or "standard exceeded."
3. Increase access to positive adult role models.
4. Youth are actively united to positively change their neighborhood.

Neighborhood Initiative

The Neighborhood Initiative is the home of: 1. Mamas de Maple (provides mothers from the Maple neighborhood with parenting skills, group therapy, art workshops, and community building/organizing) 2. Mamas de Garnet (provides mothers from the Garnet neighborhood with parenting skills, group therapy, art workshops, and community building/organizing) 3. Tilt Outdoors (An outdoor adventure program that provides intentional experiences in nature that lead to transformation for youth in high-risk situations) 4. Food Distribution (Bi-weekly meals & food distribution for families struggling with food insecurity)

1. Surveyed neighbors no longer identify food insecurity as a top 3 concern.
2. Solidarity neighbors hold seats of influence within the city (PTA, city commissions, youth council, etc)
3. Surveyed neighbors no longer identify youth violence as a top 3 concern

Immigration Initiative

The Immigration Initiative is home of: 1. Camino Immigration Services (Legal service office providing legal immigration aide for clients throughout Orange County) 2. Community Workshops (Partnering with organizations engaging immigrant population, Community Workshops inform potential clients of their immigration rights & legal aide opportunities) 3. Education & Advocacy for Non-Immigrant (Engaging citizens within the faith community to become allies for their immigrant neighbor)

1. Maintain a 90%+ client legal aide success rate
2. Camino clients report that legal services provided by Camino Immigration Services have led to a "more flourishing life."
3. Increase in local residents who identify as allies for their immigrant neighbor.
