CEO/Executive Director Experience
Natalie Jackson oversees all programmatic and administrative operations for Harmony Project. As Executive Director, Natalie brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience to our organization. She previously served as Associate Director and Chief Advancement & Strategy Officer, where she guided all of our development initiatives and operations. Since 2009, she has tripled our budget and is also responsible for acquiring the two largest major gifts. Programmatically, she has spearheaded Harmony Project’s expansion within South Los Angeles and the diversification of program offerings by developing activities around music production and non-western musical genres.
