West Anaheim Organization (WAO) is a 501(c)(3) incorporated in 2022.
Impact Statement
WOW is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that relies on donations of time and money to meet its goals of providing information and resources to the community.
One annual event is the Holiday Tree Lighting in early December at Twila Reid Park.
Needs Statement
As a relatively new organization, we are improving our website, developing an email list, and developing a donor base, while continuing to organize our two main annual events and provide the community with opportunities to dialogue with community officials.

Statement from the Board Chair/President
As a West Anaheim resident for more than 40 years and a participant in community organizations for more than 10 years, I have seen the decline of community organizations due to the aging of leadership. In working to form this organization, my goal is to reverse that trend and help develop community activity among younger generations.
