Before founding DAI Partners in 1989, Angela Dailey was Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Drexel Burnham Lambert, one of the first women to serve on the Board of a major financial firm. She headed the investment bank's award-winning communications efforts for over sixteen years, responsible for internal and external communications, including advertising, press relations, employee communications, and sales promotion programs. She supervised a staff of 50. Dailey has years of Wall Street experience providing public relations counsel exclusively for financial services clients and unique expertise in crisis management. She has served on the Board of directors with YWCA City of New York, Financial Women's Association, The Drexel Burnham Lambert Foundation, and other non-profits. As CEO of WISE, Dailey is responsible for setting the mission and vision by defining strategic direction, ensuring that resources are in place to accomplish important mission goals, and recruiting and retaining staff. She is also accountable for keeping teams motivated and capable of exceeding expectations and building a corporate culture supporting a mission-driven enterprise.
