Antonio Reyes has dedicated 22 years of his career to the Boys & Girls Club of Tustin, culminating in his recent appointment as CEO. His journey began with the organization overseeing programs at Theo Lacey Facility for incarcerated youth, where his passion for youth advocacy and development became evident. Progressing through the ranks within the Boys & Girls Club movement, Antonio served as Program Director, Site Director, and Director of Operations, each role highlighting his leadership and commitment to enhancing program quality and ensuring youth safety. His extensive background includes working with homeless youth, conducting behavioral therapy, and managing camp settings, underscoring his comprehensive understanding of youth development. Throughout his tenure, Antonio has remained a steadfast advocate for member retention and has consistently prioritized the well-being of youth and staff alike. Known for his mentoring, he has positively impacted countless lives within the organization and the community. As CEO, Antonio Reyes will continue to champion Boys & Girls Club of Tustin's mission, steering the organization towards continued growth and impact in empowering young people to reach their full potential.
