Executive Director Luis Sandoval has 20 years experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for Latino-led and Latino-serving organizations. As a son of farmworkers who often worked alongside his parents, Mr. Sandoval has first-hand experience of the challenges and needs of BSP’s service population. As a non-profit professional, he served as a consultant to several Latino-led and Latino-serving organizations including the Community Foundation of San Benito County, Campesinos Sin Fronteras, and Carpenters/Contractors Cooperation Committee. Additionally, Mr. Sandoval was a Hispanics in Philanthropy “Next Generation Latino Philanthropy Leadership Program” fellow.
