Marcell has over 25 years of progressive experience in fundraising and advancement, most recently serving as the chief advancement officer and executive director of the SUNY Adirondack Community College Foundation in Queensbury, NY for the last three years. Her community involvement includes serving on the Tri-County United Way Board of Directors and the Adirondack Chamber of Commerce's Non-profit Advisory Council. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Adirondack program, class of 2020. Marcell graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, Bradford, PA with a Bachelor of Arts, public relations. She also has a Master of Arts, integrated marketing communications from St. Bonaventure University.
