PROGRAMS

Behavioral & Mental Health Services

The Center for Restored & Connected Families delivers relationship-based, systemic behavioral and mental health services tailored to Orange County’s diverse needs. • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups: Currently serving adults through DBT Essentials (75-minute weekly skills training) and DBT Deep Dive (2-hour weekly skills + processing). We plan to expand to adolescents, children, and multi-family groups to broaden access to mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. • Parent-Child Relational Care: Developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed therapy for children (ages 0-12) alongside parents/caregivers, using modalities like PCIT and Theraplay to foster secure attachments, emotional growth, and positive family bonds. • Comprehensive Therapy Services: Affordable, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families across all ages and stages—addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relational conflict, and life transitions. Funded through Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna managed care, sliding-scale private pay, and donor scholarships; ethically integrates Christian theology when aligned with client goals. • Clinical Training Pipeline: Supervised hours and mentorship for pre-licensed Marriage & Family Therapists—from master’s/doctoral students to BBS-registered associates accruing hours toward licensure—emphasizing family systems, healthy relationships, trauma-informed practice, and DBT in a real-world nonprofit setting.
