Dr. Toni Dunning
CEO/Executive Director Experience
Dr. Toni Dunning, MA, DMFT, LMFT, has been providing psychotherapy since 2006 and has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2012. She founded The Center for Restored & Connected Families in 2019 to expand access to high-quality, affordable behavioral health care for underserved communities in Orange and Los Angeles Counties, while intentionally training the next generation of Christian mental health providers through supervised clinical experience. In addition to her leadership at CRCF, Dr. Dunning teaches doctoral students in the School of Behavioral Health at Loma Linda University, where she helps shape future clinicians and leaders in the field. Drawing on more than two decades of prior experience in higher education, government, and financial services as an internal auditor, she brings deep expertise in systems, information technology and security, business process redesign, operations, and regulatory compliance—skills she now applies to building a sustainable, ethically grounded, and mission-driven nonprofit organization.
