Ms. JaNel Andrews joined Encore Programs as Executive Director in the summer of 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a deep commitment to serving adults with developmental disabilities. Throughout her career, Ms. Andrews has held a variety of roles that have equipped her with the skills and insight necessary to support and empower the population Encore Programs serves. JaNel’s career encompasses a range of key leadership and service-oriented roles, including Service Coordinator, Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), Regional Manager, and Assistant Director of Secure Programming. Through these positions, she has developed a broad and in-depth understanding of the social service system, as well as the diverse array of supports provided to the populations served. Her professional background reflects a strong dedication to advocacy, program development, and person-centered care. She is known for her thoughtful leadership style, collaborative approach, and commitment to fostering inclusive environments where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. As Encore Programs embarks on its next chapter, the organization looks forward to the vision and leadership Ms. Andrews brings.
