Wendy Cullen

CEO/Executive Director Experience

Wendy has been the CEO of the First Tee of Orange County since September of 2019. She is leading the multi-year strategy with focus areas in mission leadership, governance, and development. During her tenure, the organization has exceeded its revenue targets, while significantly improved operational efficiencies. Wendy has successfully recruited new board members with a targeted succession plan creating the infrastructure of board governance, and philanthropy oversight. She is currently a non-voting member of the board of directors and a member of the First Tee Chapter Advisory Council. Wendy spent 30 years in the for profit space leading sales, marketing and operations teams in various industries including consumer package goods, telecommunications, and post secondary education. Wendy is passionate about youth education, what the game of golf can teach all of us, and the mission of First Tee.
