Mr. Paul McNeff

CEO/Executive Director Experience

KidSingers Executive/Artistic Director, Paul McNeff, is a visionary in performing arts education and making the arts accessible to all youth. McNeff has held many professional positions as a choral conductor and professional singer and has an extensive background in arts organization administration. With over 50 years of experience, McNeff is well known for getting vibrant performances out of his choruses. With a master's degree in vocal performance from Cal State Fullerton, he has done doctoral work in choral conducting at USC. One of the many professional positions he has served included the director of Choral Ministries for Robert Schuller’s Crystal Cathedral Hour of Power television choir, where his choir performed weekly to a television audience of 20 million. After retiring from his 23-year tenure as the Director of Music at First Presbyterian Church in Santa Ana, McNeff now devotes his full-time attention to KidSingers. With his extensive background in directing all ages of choruses, he is sought after as a vocal clinician who takes great care in ensuring his choruses' top priority is engaging their audiences with energetic and engaging performances. Administratively, he has guided KidSingers through twenty-eight seasons of concerts, Benefits, and annual fundraising campaigns.
