Ms Dittberner brings 25 years of management, marketing and sales experience to the position of Executive Director. For nine years Joy served on the Board of another non-profit, driving board fundraising, serving as Chair of the annual gala and on Executive Search Committee. Fundraising tripled during this time period. Prior to joining the board of Laguna Dance Festival, Ms Dittberner served as Volunteer Coordinator for four years, one year as Vice Chairman and two years as Chairman.
