CEO/Executive Director Experience
On July 1, 2025, LEAP welcomed a new Executive Director, Rebecca Klasky. Mrs. Klasky began her career working for several years with local nonprofit organizations in community education. She received her Master of Arts in Teaching and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from UC Irvine in 2018 and taught at the elementary school level in Irvine Unified School District before joining the LEAP team in 2021. After working for 4 years as a Site Supervisor at Estock Elementary School, as well as serving as LEAP's Fund Development Assistant, her commitment to LEAP's mission grew even stronger. She is passionate about helping struggling students achieve and even exceed grade level reading standards and is committed to helping them develop their self-confidence and belief that they can succeed in school and realize a promising future.
