Senior Program: Ashtanga Yoga
This class consists of a series of poses including Sun Salutations A & B, standing sequence, seated primary series, and the finishing sequence. the result is a strong body and calm mind.
Class was geared towards elderly engagement. An increase in elderly physical health, assisting in overall bodily mobility, health morale, and providing social outlet and communal activity for neighboring elderly population.
Senior Program: Aqua Motion
A low impact water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.

Senior Program: Ramadan Nights
A community evening program open to the Muslim community and people of other faiths consisting of 9 days of festivities during the Muslim holiday season of Ramadan offering an outlet for indoor sports, food, games, socializing, spirituality, and activity for youth, elderly and special accommodations for mothers and women.
Building community spirit and providing a safe space for families to celebrate after evening prayer services. Enhancing spiritual well-being and making accessible spaces for mothers - prioritizing their needs while maintaining a positive environment for youth as a healthy alternative to unsavory evening activities.
