REPAIR Program

The REPAIR Program is a three month program that consists of 13 weekly groups designed to build skills in the following competencies: resilience, embodiment, perspective, awareness, integration, and responsiveness. In a cohort of up to 20 participants, during these 13 weekly group sessions, experiential practices such as guided meditations, grounding exercises, reflections, and other similar practices are introduced to build skills in each of the 6 competencies of the program. For higher levels of care when needed, some participants are also paired with a coach for 6 additional small group or individual coaching sessions during this same 13 week time period.
