The Next Generation Character & Sailing Initiative

This initiative is dedicated to transforming youth sports into a lifelong foundation for personal growth. We fund the competitive ambitions of local high school teams and emerging amateur sailors, ensuring that financial limitations never prevent a talented athlete from taking the water. Our grant funding covers critical access costs—from chartering boats to funding cross-country travel for national championships. Through the demanding sport of sailing, this initiative provides vital mentorship and fosters deep community connection. We focus on giving young athletes the tools they need to navigate high-pressure situations, replacing financial hurdles with character-building experiences that produce kind, caring, and capable leaders.
