CEO/Executive Director Experience

Samuel Carter serves as the Executive Director of the OC Dream Center, bringing a profound vision and extensive leadership experience to the organization's mission. His commitment to community transformation is deeply rooted in his work as a Youth Minister, where he led the Kids' Quest team in Orange County from 2007 to 2014, even taking the team to elementary schools across South Africa. After settling back in Orange County in 2018, Sam played a pivotal role in establishing the OC Dream Center as part of the global Dream Center network. Since 2020, he has also served as the Senior Pastor of OC Christian Center, further cementing his dedication to local community development and strategic growth. Samuel passionately guides the OC Dream Center in its efforts to meet the needs of food-insecure and homeless individuals here in Orange County. His leadership is instrumental in fostering key partnerships, driving significant program expansion, and ensuring the organization's continued impact in meeting needs across Orange County. Under his guidance, the OC Dream Center will continue to innovate and expand its reach, embodying its core values and ambitious goals for the future.
