CEO/Executive Director Experience

As the Founder and Executive Director of a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, I led the organization from concept to launch, establishing strategic partnerships and delivering direct support to underserved communities. I designed and developed the organization's website to effectively communicate our mission, programs, and impact, while also building and nurturing relationships with donors and community partners to ensure long-term sustainability. I created and analyzed program performance and donor engagement reports to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement. Additionally, I led Board of Directors meetings, setting strategic direction and ensuring strong governance practices. My role also included evaluating charities and mission-aligned investments using a manager selection tool to guide resource allocation and partnership decisions.
