In 2012, Zach Southall founded Charity on Wheels on his personal vision and promise to care for homeless, hungry, and lost people. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency, including oversight of Street Outreach teams. An accomplished senior-level executive with an over 16-year track record of successful business leadership within the financial and legal industries, Zach, was appointed to the Orange County Salvation Army Advisory Board and honored at One OC's Spirit of Volunteerism as an Outstanding Volunteer Organizations. He also is the director of worship arts at Salem Lutheran Church in Orange.
