CEO/Executive Director Experience

Sedric Hill is a recognized expert in training and development, sales and marketing, a thought leader and entrepreneur with a 25-plus year track record of successful outcomes. Currently, Sedric serves as President of Sales Development & Performance LLC, which he co-founded in 2008 and Sedric Hill Consulting located in Irvine California. Sedric has a passion for community – since 2015 he has served as an independent Program Director Consultant serving the nonprofit community. As of April, 2022, Sedric has served as CEO and Executive Director at SoCal Community Development Corporation. Sedric has devoted much of his time and talents in serving the community, especially small business owners and youth entrepreneurs. Prior to starting his own business and becoming a community advocate, Sedric built a successful corporate career in executive management where he held leadership roles in fortune 500 companies such as McKesson Corporation, Pitney Bowes, and Neopost Corporation. During this tenure, Sedric was recognized with many awards and honors for outstanding leadership in sales and training and development. Sedric is a published author, his 2016 book: Expert Selling: “A Blueprint for Accelerating Sales Excellence," published by Morgan James Publishing, is a bestseller. Sedric has also written several articles for national business and sales publications. Sedric holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas Southern University. He serves on several Nonprofit Boards and is a member of the Orange County Association for Talent Development (ATD).
