PROGRAMS

PastoraLab for Asian American Women Ministers

PastoraLab's program addresses the unique challenges and obstacles faced by Asian American women faith leaders from a historically marginalized social location. This program offers an ecumenical and intergenerational learning space where AAPI women faith leaders can reflect on their experiences through a field-based hermeneutic that embraces their social identities and fosters adaptive organizational leadership. We empower participants by creating a space of belonging within the Asian American Christian community, engage in mutual learning through communal processes, and equip them with the tools to navigate multivocal Asian American Christian identities and adaptive leadership.
