CEO/Executive Director Experience
Jenny is the Executive Director and a Founding Member of Ahri Center. Born and raised in Southern California, she has a keen understanding and deep roots in the immigrant community. For the past 14 years, Jenny has demonstrated leadership and a commitment to legal services and immigrant justice by serving as an attorney in the movement. She is known for spearheading one of the most successful immigration legal service programs for low-income and undocumented Korean-immigrants in the nation. By focusing on the most vulnerable community members and aiming to narrow the gap in legal services, Jenny helped hundreds of immigrants navigate the complex immigration legal system. At Ahri, Jenny oversees the legal service program in Los Angeles and Orange County. Under her leadership, Ahri’s legal service program will provide culturally competent, quality legal services to low-income communities.
