Jeremy Golden serves as the Director of the Aliso Niguel Theatre Company (ANTC), the award-winning theatre program at Aliso Niguel High School in Aliso Viejo, California. An accomplished theatre educator, director, and mentor, Mr. Golden has dedicated his career to empowering students through the performing arts while fostering creativity, leadership, collaboration, and artistic excellence. Under Mr. Golden's leadership, ANTC has grown into one of Southern California's premier high school theatre programs, producing a diverse season of musicals, plays, and student-led performances each year. His educational philosophy emphasizes that theatre is more than performance—it is a transformative learning experience where students develop confidence, communication skills, empathy, resilience, and the ability to lead both on and off the stage. Mr. Golden is known for cultivating a unique student-led production model that gives students hands-on experience in every aspect of theatre, including acting, vocal performance, choreography, stage management, technical theatre, scenic design, lighting, sound, costumes, and production leadership. By pairing high artistic standards with meaningful mentorship, he prepares students not only for college and careers in the arts but also for lifelong success in any field.
