Monica is the Founder and President of Heart Centered Leadership Coaching and Consulting Group and the Association of Entrepreneurs. She has been internationally certified as a Coach, Speaker and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team (JMT ) since March 2016. She holds an International Executive Master's Degree in Business from IE Business School in Spain. Her passion for helping her Hispanic community led her to create the curriculum for the Emprendedor@s Program . She is the author and owner of the intellectual property rights (copyrights). Monica saw the need to continue educating, motivating, empowering, and developing the leadership and business skills of her Hispanic community in these important areas, as well as developing and raising awareness of their own leadership.
