For the past 17 years, the Boys & Girls Club of Westminster has been more than my workplace, it has been my second home. My journey began as a volunteer, and over the years I've had the privilege of serving as a Youth Development Professional, Assistant Site Director, Site Director, Area Director, and now Chief Professional Officer. Every role has shaped my perspective and strengthened my commitment to the children and families we serve. What continues to inspire me every day is the opportunity to make meaningful connections. Whether it's encouraging a young person to believe in themselves, supporting a family through challenges, mentoring our dedicated staff, or building partnerships throughout our community, those relationships are what drive my work. I believe that when young people know they are seen, valued, and supported, they gain the confidence to achieve incredible things. I have witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact the Boys & Girls Club can have on a child's future. That is why I remain deeply committed to ensuring every young person who walks through our doors has access to a safe, welcoming environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
