RYTMO (Reaching Youth Through Music Opportunities)
RYTMO is not only an after school music program for youth but in 2026, RYTMO will be expanding our program to young adults who are either intellectual and/or developmentally disabled and adults going through cancer treatment. Our curriculum is designed to provide a creative and professional environment for youth ages 10 - 21 who desire a career in the music industry who can demonstrate musical, technical and/or business potential in the arts our curriculum also provides a therapeutic value for those with disabilities and cancer.
More than 7,500 teens have completed our program. 81% have secured employment, in music industry professions ranging from talent to music production. We can also boast that three of our RYTMO students have been nominated for either a Grammy or Emmy. Over the past 20 years, we have also sent 20 low-income high school youth to attend Berklee College's of Music 5-week summer ASPIRE program, hosted each year by Berklee in Boston.
