CEO/Executive Director Experience

Guy Castillo brings more than 35 years of experience in construction, engineering, and project management, having built a nationally recognized career as the Founder and President of Procon Development Inc. Under his leadership, Procon has delivered commercial and residential projects across the country, working with major clients including American Golf, LA Fitness, YMCA, and leading automotive brands. Prior to founding Procon, Guy served in the U.S. Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician and later worked as a certified journeyman electrician in the refinery industry. These experiences instilled a strong foundation of discipline, problem-solving, and teamwork that continue to guide his leadership today. As Co-Founder and CEO of Code 3 Golf, Guy applies this same leadership and operational expertise to building a mission-driven organization focused on expanding access and opportunity for youth. His passion for golf, combined with his commitment to mentorship, has been instrumental in shaping Code 3 Golf’s vision of creating a structured, supportive environment where young people can develop confidence, accountability, and life skills through the game. Guy is deeply committed to giving back and believes that golf can serve as a powerful tool for personal growth and long-term development. Through Code 3 Golf, he is focused on creating meaningful pathways for underprivileged youth to compete, grow, and succeed both on and off the course.
