PROGRAMS
Player Development Program
The Code 3 Player Development Program is the foundation of our organization, focused on mentorship, personal growth, and long-term development for youth ages 8 to 18. Through consistent engagement, participants build relationships with coaches and mentors who provide guidance, accountability, and support both on and off the course. This program creates a structured environment where youth are encouraged to develop discipline, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility. While golf serves as the common thread, the primary focus is on helping participants grow as individuals, learning how to set goals, stay committed, and carry themselves with confidence in all areas of life.
Participants demonstrate increased consistency in attendance and engagement, along with stronger accountability and commitment over time. Youth show measurable growth in confidence, discipline, and overall behavior, both within the program and in other areas of their lives. Participants build meaningful mentor relationships and develop a stronger sense of direction, responsibility, and personal ownership.
Player Experience Program
The Code 3 Player Experience Program focuses on providing youth with access to the environments needed to learn and apply the game of golf. Through a combination of range sessions, short game clinics, simulator training, and on-course play, participants gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the game. This program emphasizes exposure and repetition in real golf settings, giving youth the opportunity to practice, adapt, and build comfort in different playing environments. On-course play is a key component, where participants learn pace of play, course etiquette, and how to navigate a round from start to finish. The program also supports access to competitive play opportunities, including tournament participation for select players, further expanding experience and confidence in real-game conditions.
Participants gain increased comfort and confidence across multiple playing environments, including practice facilities and on-course settings. Youth demonstrate improved understanding of course etiquette, pace of play, and overall game flow. Participants show greater readiness to play independently, with stronger awareness, decision-making, and ability to apply skills in real-world situations.
Afterschool STEM & Golf Program
The Code 3 Afterschool STEM & Golf Program is a school and youth organization-based initiative that integrates STEM learning, golf fundamentals, and mentorship into a structured afterschool format. Designed for youth ages 8 to 18, the program delivers consistent, hands-on sessions that connect academic concepts to real-world application through the game of golf. Each session follows a structured format that includes a STEM lesson tied directly to a golf concept, small group instruction using safe and portable equipment, and a mentorship component focused on character development. By embedding programming directly within schools and youth clubs, the program removes barriers to participation while creating consistent access to enrichment, physical activity, and positive role models. The program is designed as a scalable model that not only supports student engagement and learning, but also creates a reliable pipeline into ongoing Code 3 Golf programming by identifying and developing participants over time.
Participants demonstrate increased engagement, attendance consistency, and confidence through structured afterschool participation. Youth show measurable improvement in applying STEM concepts through hands-on learning, along with progression in basic golf fundamentals.
At the organizational level, the program increases school and community partnerships, strengthens Code 3 Golf’s presence on campuses, and creates a consistent pipeline of participants into ongoing mentorship and development programs. Successful implementation supports long-term scalability, stronger grant positioning, and sustained community impact.
