Hope 4 Kids, a program of Development Solutions, Inc. is a non-profit and COA Nationally Accredited Adoption Agency that is licensed by the State of California. The organization was founded by Peggy Roger and Len Carey in 1995 to serve children, birth moms, and families in the Southern California area and serves across the United States and in South Africa giving a hope and future to children and families around the world.

●1504 Completed adoptions
●654 Birthmothers served
●1529 Families helped
●1340 Completed private adoptive home studies
●654 Relinquishments
●50 Special Needs Private Adoptions (Down syndrome, cerebral Palsy, etc.)

Goals:
●To meet fiscal needs to serve programs
●To increase number of adoptive families
●To improve post adoption services and birth parent program

1. One Hundred New Families for Private Adoptions
2. Launch Post Adoption Service Program
3. Increase Birth Mom Services- resources and post adoption case management services
4. Two Additional Professional Case Managers for Post Adoption Service and Birth Mom Program
5. Launch 1st Community Center in South Africa

We are based in Orange County, we work in Southern CA, nationwide and in in South Africa

Since 1995, we believe God has used this organization to bring families together utilizing our incredible committed and professional staff. At Hope 4 Kids it isn't work to us but a calling and commitment to bring a hope and future to all children, families and Birth Moms locally, nationwide and around the world!
