Females For Football empowers girls through the game of flag football by creating inclusive opportunities, building confidence, and developing the next generation of strong, fearless leaders—on and off the field.

Females For Football was founded to address the growing need for greater access, visibility, and support for girls in the sport of flag football. As one of the fastest-growing youth sports, flag football has opened new doors for female athletes—yet opportunities, resources, and representation still lag behind. Recognizing this gap, our organization was created to provide a platform where girls can develop their skills, build confidence, and feel empowered both on and off the field. Through clinics, events, mentorship, and community partnerships, Females For Football is committed to shaping a more inclusive future for the game.

Females For Football is creating measurable impact by expanding access and opportunities for girls in one of the fastest-growing sports. Through clinics, events, and community partnerships, we have empowered hundreds of young athletes to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and thrive in competitive environments. Our work not only increases participation in football but also fosters resilience, teamwork, and self-belief that extends far beyond the field.

Despite the rapid growth of girls flag football, access to quality training, resources, and mentorship remains limited. Many girls still face barriers such as lack of representation, fewer development opportunities, and minimal visibility compared to their male counterparts. Without intentional investment and support, this gap will continue to widen—leaving many young athletes without the opportunity to fully participate, compete, and thrive in the sport. Females For Football exists to address this critical need by creating equitable access and empowering environments for girls to succeed.
