CEO/Executive Director Experience

As Founder and Chief Love and Kindness Officer of GrowLuv, Lores brings over 20 years of leadership experience at the intersection of technology, finance, and social impact. She previously served as a Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Director at Ernst & Young, where she led innovative automation and digital transformation initiatives for global clients. Her expertise spans emerging technologies, operational efficiency, and large-scale system implementation. Lores also held senior leadership roles in the private sector, including serving as Deputy CFO for a $3 billion banking group (MBG), where she oversaw financial strategy, operations, and organizational growth. Her earlier career includes key roles in enterprise systems and finance, including ERP Implementation Lead, Accounts Payable Manager, Project Manager, and Auditor for Rotary International, where she supported mission-driven operations at scale. She holds certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, and Robotics & Ai, and has completed advanced studies at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Illinois. Today, Lores combines her corporate expertise with her passion for service through GrowLuv—driving initiatives that educate, empower, and support youth and survivors while cultivating a global movement rooted in love, kindness, and human connection to break the cycles of abuse.
