CEO/Executive Director Experience

Since 2007, Anne Olin and Charitable Ventures (CVOC) has been a place where creative ideas are transformed into community solutions by innovative leaders and investors. Together, the Charitable Ventures team work to create more equitable, just and vibrant communities. Anne and CVOC also partner with stakeholders across multiple sectors – private, public, government, academic and community – to catalyze change. Scott Kutner has over 40 years experience in the affordable housing and community development arena, including 30 years with Santa Ana Neighborhood Initiatives. This on the ground experience enables the HOA Community Reinvestment Fund of OC (HOA CRF) to be particularly effective in organizing collaboratives to achieve our goals. HOA CRF is also volunteer driven and as a result operates with extremely low overhead expenses.
