PROGRAMS
Family Transitional Housing
This is a transitional shelter that offers a four-month stay for families with school-aged children.
The ultimate goal is to help keep families at risk of homelessness remain in safe and stable housing environments as well as have the skills they need to maintain self-sufficiency in the future.
Transitional Aged Youth Shelter (TAY)
This is a transitional shelter is for individuals aged 18-24.
Transitional Aged Youth will have housing, gain part-time employment and complete coursework that will increase their income, provide stability and end the cycle of homelessness.
HomeShare OC
HomeShare OC, an Intergenerational Home sharing program, the first of its kind in Orange County, that brings senior homeowners and college students into shared living arrangements that will enhance their financial and social well-being, promote companionship, and relieve feelings of isolation.
HomeShare OC will reduce housing and food insecurity, increase a sense of belonging and purpose, reduce isolation, depression and loneliness, improve understanding and independence, and promote overall health and wellbeing.
HomeShare Plus
This is program that matches individuals who can reside together to share high rental fees.
HomeShare Plus pairs individuals to share cost of rent and living expenses.
Senior Transitional Housing
This is for individuals 65+ is a program that provides supportive services.
To increase maximize seniors income and pair seniors together in permanent housing with shared expenses.
