Jeffrey A. Thrash, Chief Executive Officer, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who began his executive career in the behavioral health field in 1985. He has overseen the daily operations of the Mental Health Association since January 2001, when he was hired as its Executive Director. A small agency at the time he arrived, he now oversees a budget of over $7,000,000 and a workforce of nearly 200 employees. Before coming to the agency, Mr. Thrash was in corporate management positions with several private behavioral health hospitals and companies, most recently as the Vice President of Operations for Pathmakers Behavioral Health and VP of Behavioral Health Operations for United Western Medical Centers. He also served as the CEO of Charter Hospital in Mission Viejo and CPC Belmont Hills Hospital.
