CEO/Executive Director Experience

Michael Galliano, President & CEO, has 30 years in senior management and leadership positions with two separate Fortune 500 companies managing various types of manufacturing and service facilities. His last position was as Director of Operations for Western US Manufacturing and Sales for Consolidated Container Company and his responsibilities included P&L operations of 10 sites located in five Western States, $325M in revenue, managing 600+ employees. His accomplishments included; 220% improvement to EBITA, awarded Safety Excellence Region three consecutive years, introduced technology driven automation and facilitated the acquisition of two regional competitors. Mike served on the board and served as a business partner during his time with Polaroid. He then joined My Day Counts in 2008 to seek new business development and program expansion strategies for the agency later becoming the VP of Operations and Business Development. His primary focus was on navigating the agency programs to meet the changing State funding requirements while developing new programs that best serve our program participants. In 2014, he became the President & CEO of My Day Counts and he has successfully navigated the organizational transformation from a sheltered Work Activity Program model to a licensed day activity program due to a change in legislation at the state and federal levels.
